Capital & Counties’ vision of transforming Covent Garden into a fashion hotspot has been boosted by the decision of London Fashion Week to use the historic site to host its shows for the next three years.

Capital & Counties purchased the Covent Garden estate in the West End of London in 2006 for £421 million and it now has a value approaching £700 million.

Covent Garden’s neo-classical covered Market to such world-class arts venues as the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden is a much-loved place. Situated in the heart of London’s West End and attracting more than 40 million visitors a year, it is an area steeped in history dating back to the 17th century.

The Covent Garden London team focusing on fashion, culture and the arts are based on the Piazza at Covent Garden.
