More than 300 guests attended this year’s annual BRENDAs (Birmingham Real Estate Novel Development Awards) at the city’s Burlington Hotel, hosted by Llewela Bailey of ITV Central News, in aid of the Property for Kids charity.
Seven Golden Gnomes were awarded at the tongue-in-cheek event presented by Simon Robinson of GBR Property, and Ed Gamble of Jones Lang LaSalle.
The event, now in its third year, raised around £15,000, with donations going to the Birmingham Boys and Girls Union Woodland Camp, the Orchestra of the Swan which will receive new musical instruments.
